Acini De Pepe Salad


Combine:
1 C sugar
2 T flour
1/2 tsp salt
Add:
1 3/4 C pineapple juice 
Gradually add:
2 eggs, beaten
Cook over medium heat until thick.  Cool

Cook and add to above
 1 C acini de Pepi 
Refrigerate overnight

Add:
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can pineapple tidbits
2 C mandarin oranges
1- 9 oz cool whip
1 C mini marshmellos
